Introduction
Alfie Aiden Tjen is currently a Marketing Manager at Accor Ibis Singapore, but had served in the Police Force and also as a Cabin Crew member. Growing up with a stutter, Alfie never let his speech impediment define his path. This hereditary condition often made him feel isolated and left out in conversations. But not anymore as he hopes to raise awareness and create a supportive space for others who share the same challenges. A fitness enthusiast into personal training, he specializes in weight loss, body recomposition, and strength training; is now looking to expand his expertise in nutrition and fitness for the elderly, promoting the importance of aging gracefully. Beyond fitness, he was part of the Shopee LIVE squad in 2022 and 2023, working with various brands across health supplements, beauty, self-care, and fashion.
